How to Book

The booking process is hassle free and easy. We have given an outline of the 6 steps that will take you from planning your holiday and reaching your destination, on a specially designed bespoke travel package by one of our destination experts.

Your Key Rights under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018

1.        Travellers will receive all essential information about the package before concluding the package travel contract.

 2.        There is always at least one trader who is liable for the proper performance of all the travel services included in the contract.

 3.        Travellers are given an emergency telephone number or details of a contact point where they can get in touch with the organiser or the travel agent.

 4.        Travellers may transfer the package to another person, on reasonable notice and possibly subject to additional costs.

 5.        The price of the package may only be increased if specific costs rise (for instance, fuel prices) and if expressly provided for in the contract, and in any event not later than 20 days before the start of the package. If the price increase exceeds 8% of the price of the package, the traveller may terminate the contract. If the organiser reserves the right to a price increase, the traveller has a right to a price reduction if there is a decrease in the relevant costs.

 6.        Travellers may terminate the contract without paying any termination fee and get a full refund of any payments if any of the essential elements of the package, other than the price, are changed significantly. If before the start of the package the trader responsible for the package cancels the package, travellers are entitled to a refund and compensation where appropriate.

 7.        Travellers may terminate the contract without paying any termination fee before the start of the package in the event of exceptional circumstances, for instance if there are serious security problems at the destination which are likely to affect the package.

 8.        Additionally, travellers may at any time before the start of the package terminate the contract in return for an appropriate and justifiable termination fee.

 9.        If, after the start of the package, significant elements of the package cannot be provided as agreed, suitable alternative arrangements will have to be offered to the traveller at no extra cost. Travellers may terminate the contract without paying any termination fee, where services are not performed in accordance with the contract and this substantially affects the performance of the package and the organiser fails to remedy the problem. 

 10.      Travellers are also entitled to a price reduction and/or compensation for damages where the travel services are not performed or are improperly performed.

 11.      The organiser has to provide assistance if the traveller is in difficulty.

 12.      If the organiser or, in some Member States, the retailer becomes insolvent, payments will be refunded. If the organiser or, where applicable, the retailer becomes insolvent after the start of the package and if transport is included in the package, repatriation of the travellers is secured. STEP 1.Call or Complete the online enquiry form

Please visit the website then either complete the enquiry form or our tailor made form. Please call us to speak to a destination specialist and discuss your holiday requirements. We will discuss your requirements with you, and then within 48 hours prepare a no-obligation, free of charge quotation and detailed itinerary.

 
 

STEP 2. Complete the booking form

Once you are happy with the itinerary and would like to proceed, please read the Booking Terms and Conditions, then complete, sign, date the Booking Form and return it to Falcon and Sachz by post together with all applicable payments. Our address is 4 Martin Court, 48 Pelham Road, Wimbledon, SW19 1NP, UK. Outside 70 days of departure, Falcon and Sachz requires a deposit of £300 or 20 % (whatever is higher) per person. If you are booking within 10 weeks of departure, then full payment is required. Payment can be made by most debit and credit cards on our website or via a cheque drawn in favour of 'Falcon and Sachz Ltd Trust Account'.

 

STEP 3. Booking your Holiday through us

Subject to the availability of your private tailor-made holiday, and the receipt of your deposit (or full payment if within 70 days of departure), we will book your holiday, process the authorised payments, and send you a letter of acknowledgement. Once we have processed the payment a contract will come into existence between us.

 

STEP 4. Issue of documents including confirmation invoice

On confirmation of the various components of your holiday, we will issue a confirmation invoice. In addition, to the confirmation invoice we will send you details, if any, of any outstanding balance and the due date. We will also send you a detailed version of your itinerary together with additional travel notes. The travel notes contain information about visa requirements and other important pre-travel information. Please ensure that you read the notes carefully.

 

STEP 5. Final payment

The final balance is due 70 days prior to your due date of departure. Payment can be made by Cheque, Credit card or Debit card. Should you wish to pay us with a Credit card, an additional charge of 2% will be added to the invoice. This is to cover the charges levied by the credit card companies.

 

STEP 6. We will dispatch final documents.

Your final travel documents will be sent to the address specified on your booking form approximately 2- 3 weeks prior to departure. In practice it is usually much earlier. However for bookings made within 2 weeks of departure all the travel douments will be emailed to the Lead Passenger.
